Othello Planning Commission & Othello City Council

Critical Areas & Critical Aquifer Recharge Areas Updates

Notice is hereby given that the City of Othello will hold public hearings to discuss updates to the Critical Areas Ordinance, Othello Municipal Code (OMC) 13.08 and Critical Aquifer Recharge Areas, OMC 13.10. The hearings will be held:

• At the Planning Commission meeting, Monday, July 20 at 6:00 PM
• At the City Council meeting, Monday, August 10 at 6:30 PM

The public hearings will be held at Othello City Hall, Council Chambers, 500 E. Main St, Othello, WA or electronically. All Council and Commission meetings are open to the public. The Council Chambers are handicap accessible. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including accessibility or an interpreter, will be made upon receiving 24-hour advance notice. If social distancing is still required, the hearings will be available by internet and phone.
