The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) shall be established by the City Council consisting of five members: two members shall be representatives of businesses required to collect the tax; at least two members shall be persons involved in activities authorized to be funded by this chapter and one member of the committee shall be from the City Council. The LTAC reviews all requests for hotel-motel tax funding and forwards a recommendation to the City Council for final approval.
