Zoning Ordinance Updates

Notice is hereby given that the City of Othello will hold public hearings to discuss updates to the Zoning Code, Othello Municipal Code Title 17, specifically residential setbacks and residential garage requirement. The hearings will be held:

• At the Planning Commission meeting, Monday, Sept. 21 at 6:00 PM
• At the City Council meeting, Monday, Sept. 28 at 6:30 PM

The public hearings will be accessible by internet and phone. See link below. All Council and Commission meetings are open to the public. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including accessibility or an interpreter, will be made upon receiving 24-hour advance notice.
