Rental Housing Licensing & Safety Inspection Program

Notice is hereby given that the City of Othello will hold public hearings to discuss an ordinance creating a rental housing licensing and safety inspection program. The hearings will be held:

• At the Planning Commission meeting, Tuesday, Jan. 19 at 6:00 PM
• At the City Council meeting, Monday, Jan. 25 at 6:30 PM

The public hearings will be accessible by internet and phone. All Council and Commission meetings are open to the public. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including accessibility or an interpreter, will be made upon receiving 24-hour advance notice.
