Notice of Public Hearings

Othello Planning Commission & Othello City Council

Zoning Map & Comprehensive Plan Updates

Notice is hereby given that the City of Othello will hold public hearings to discuss a correction to the Zoning Map and Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation Map at 705 & 745 E. Hemlock, the Port of Othello and Hemlock Plaza. These sites were inadvertently changed from Commercial to Residential in 2020 and will now be returned to Commercial zoning. The hearings will be held:

• At the Planning Commission meeting, Monday, April 19 at 6:00 PM
• At the City Council meeting, Monday, April 26 at 6:30 PM

The public hearings will be accessible by internet and phone, and might be accessible in person. All Council and Commission meetings are open to the public. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including accessibility or an interpreter, will be made upon receiving 24-hour advance notice.
