Zoning Update 2021 – Lot Coverage and Lot Size

Notice is hereby given that the City of Othello will hold public hearings to discuss amending the Residential Zones, Othello Municipal Code 17.20. Possible changes include increasing the maximum lot coverage and changes to minimum lot size in some zones. The hearings will be held:

• At the Planning Commission meeting, Monday, July 19 at 6:00 PM
• At the City Council meeting, Monday, August 2 at 6:30 PM

The public hearings will be held at Othello City Hall, Council Chambers, 500 E. Main St. The hearings will also be accessible by internet and phone. All Council and Commission meetings are open to the public. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including accessibility or an interpreter, will be made upon receiving 24-hour advance notice.
