Notice is hereby given that the City of Othello will hold public hearings to discuss amending the Commercial Zones Chapter, Othello Municipal Code (OMC) 17.30. Proposed changes include allowing cargo containers for storage, with conditions, in the C-1 Zone. The hearings will be held:

• At the Planning Commission meeting, Monday, Dec. 18 at 6:00 PM
• At the City Council meeting, Monday, Jan. 8 at 6:00 PM

The public hearings will be held at Othello City Hall, Council Chambers, 500 E. Main St. The hearings will also be accessible by internet and phone. All Council and Commission meetings are open to the public. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including accessibility or an interpreter, will be made upon receiving 24-hour advance notice.
