Zoning Update 2024 – Nonconforming Uses

Notice is hereby given that the City of Othello will hold public hearings to discuss amending the Nonconforming Uses Chapter, Othello Municipal Code (OMC) 17.79.

The hearings will be held:

• At the Planning Commission meeting, Monday, Sept. 16 at 6:00 PM
• At the City Council meeting, Monday, Sept. 23 at 6:00 PM

The public hearings will be held at Othello City Hall, Council Chambers, 500 E. Main St. The hearings will also be accessible by internet and phone. All Council and Commission meetings are open to the public. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including accessibility or an interpreter, will be made upon receiving 24-hour advance notice.
