Notice is hereby given that the City of Othello will hold a public hearing to discuss amending the Home Occupation Chapter, Othello Municipal Code (OMC) 17.59. Proposed changes include reorganizing the chapter and amending the list of uses prohibited as home occupations. The hearing will be held:

• At the City Council meeting, Monday, Oct. 28 at 6:00 PM

The public hearing will be held at Othello City Hall, Council Chambers, 500 E. Main St. The hearing will also be accessible by internet and phone. All Council meetings are open to the public. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including accessibility or an interpreter, will be made upon receiving 24-hour advance notice.
