Are you interested in serving on Othello City Council? The City of Othello has an upcoming vacancy for City Council Position No. 5 due to the resignation of Maria Quezada. Interested City residents are encouraged to apply!

Eligibility requirements include: Resident (full-time) within the city limits of Othello and registered voter of at least 18 years of age with voting ability in the City of Othello. You must include your city street address for verification purposes. Post Office Box addresses will not be considered.

Interviews will be held at the November 7, 2022 City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. The successful candidate could be appointed at this meeting.

To be considered, a resume and a letter of interest is requested stating your background, qualifications, and why you are interested in becoming a City Councilmember. Resumes and letters of interest are to be delivered at City Hall, 500 W. Main Street, Othello, Washington by 5:00 p.m. on November 4, 2022. Letters received after this date will not be considered.
