The City Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the following departments: Clerk's, Finance, Information Technology, Planning/Building, Police Department, and Public Works. The City administrator is the liaison for the Mayor and Councilmembers. He is also the risk managment officer, and receives all claims filed against the city. The City Administrator is the Human Resource Official and is responsible for the adminstration of the personnel policy and union contracts.
