The City Council will hold a public hearing during their regularly-scheduled Council meeting Nov. 12 to discuss:
- Amending the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation Map
- Amending the Zoning Map
- Amending the Zoning Code (Title 17) by replacing Municipal Code chapters for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Zones, and Landscaping; and amending other sections
- Amending and deleting sections of OMC 14: Commercial Development Standards, Fences, Site Plan Review, & Landscaping
