ATTENTION RESIDENTS

Tommer Construction will be starting a Chip Seal Project on July 21st and are scheduled to be completed by July 30th.  The project will include all of the colored streets on the attached drawing.  The contractor will be prepping the streets from July 21st to July 23rd and applying oil and rock chips from July 26th to July 30th.  It is very important to remove all vehicles from the street on days that the oil and rock chips will be placed.  Notices will be delivered to all addresses the day before work will be performed.   All vehicles that are left on the street may be towed off of the project site at the owner’s expense.  Please contact Shawn O’Brien at sobrien@othellowa.gov if you have any questions.
