1st 8 units of water = $0.89 per unit
Next 20 units of water $1.04 per unit
Usage beyond 28 units $1.18 per unit

The cost to turn meters on or off for the season is $15. This includes separate lawn meters.

Separate lawn water meters can be turned on in the Spring and turned off in the Winter to avoid the minimum monthly water meter charge.

Rates vary for water meters larger than 1" and for utility customers outside city limits.

After hours (after 3:30 pm) callout fee is $75 for non-emergency issues. 

Late Fee = $20
Shutoff Fee = $40

Sewer Rate = $64.78

There are other monthly sewer rates for multi-residential units, churches, schools, commercial buildings, motels, industries and customers outside city limits.

CITY UTILITY BILLING CYCLE

16th of a month through the 15th of the following month.

Bills are mailed the last business day of the month. 

DUE: The 10th day of each month.

Garbage rates are based on the size of container that you have and how many times per week it is dumped. Residential units usually have one of the following containers dumped once a week:

95 gallon cart = $19.89 + tax
68 gallon cart = $17.91 + tax

Larger garbage containers are serviced one time per week & have monthly rates as follows:

Delivery Fee* = $25.00 + tax
1 cubic yard = $78.13 + tax
2 cubic yard = $113.94 + tax
3 cubic yard = $154.68 + tax
4 cubic yard = $188.86 + tax
6 cubic yard = $236.09 + tax
8 cubic yard = $286.53 + tax

*Delivery fee will be refunded if kept for 3 months or longer.
