Being selected as a Little League All-Star is a great honor. Your child has been chosen to represent their team and community in their age division. The All-Star experience is fun and exciting. It is the pinnacle of the Spring Little League Season. First, your child will practice almost every day for the dates leading up to the tournament. During this time, you will see a vast improvement in your child’s skills and abilities as they are competing with other players of equal or better ability. This practice time is one of the main beneﬁts of All-Stars. The tournament experience is very challenging as your child’s team will compete against other All-Star teams from surrounding counties. If the team does well, they have the opportunity to move on to State competition.
