Payment Options

There are several ways to pay your City utility bill.

• Telephone: Call (509) 488-5686.

• In person: Payments can be made at City Hall in the Customer Service Department with cash, check/money order or debit card.

• By Mail: City Of Othello - Utility Billing, 500 E Main St, Othello, WA 99344

• Online: Via the www.xpressbillpay.com there are no extra fees for this service.

• Payment drop box: There is a payment drop box located near the flagpole in front of the City Hall building at 500 E Main St, Othello, WA 99344. To ensure proper credit please enclose the return portion of your bill.

* Please note the City will not assume responsibility for cash payments left in drop boxes.
